Every time I'm on Confusion's blog, I find a new band, artist or song that I like - it's such a great music blog that you should bookmark - and well, last night I heard this record over there. They are an Indie/Electro/Rock band by the name of The TenSixties and the record is titled "John Was Wrong" - I loved it so much that I checked out their website for some more tunes and then I found the much gentler, beautifully laced "Boooom" and decided to share these two songs with you! They're both really dope records + "Boooom" just does it for me!

I'm a good two weeks late with this BUT amazing Soulful Hip-Hop artist/singer Iman Williams blessed us with her brand NEW album at the end of last month and it is really and truly a breathe of fresh air to listen to this album which excels at encompassing and merging Soul, Hip-Hop, Funk and Electro music effortlessly to create an opus of a record. Kudos to Ms. Williams and Buscrates 16-Bit Ensemble who handles production on 'Stupid Human Tricks'. Here's the official first single from this emerging indie-pop (synth-pop) duo from Nashville TN, Oh Stereo called 'Waiting For The Sun' which is off of their self-titled debut album (Oh Stereo) which is scheduled to be released for free on December 2nd via their bandcamp. Just about to peruse the full album but I like this first single & I thought I'd share it with you so definitely check it out... Hope you like it!

Do they remind you of Owl City a little bit (in some parts?) or is it just me? Either way I reckon this first single is really well done, I really like it. After a couple listens, I guarantee you'll be hooked, even if it's by the catchy hook alone or the synth-layered musical backdrop, something definitely grabs and holds your attention. Like I said, I hope you like it (too)

I just wanted to share with you an emerging Electro-Dance band hailing from South London by the name of CHEW LIPS that I came across Last Summer... & Apparently they will be playing this weekend at SXSW in Austin, Texas for the Official Strangers in Stereo Launch Party along with our favorite duo at the minute, Chiddy Bang... PRETTY MUCH AMAZING heh?

I Hope you like them cos I think they are the BIZ-I-NESS!!!
