Another gem of a track that I picked up from
Ollie Russian's blog! Absolute peach of a Soul/Jazz record from emerging London-based Soul man Michael Kiwanuka with those Afrobeat-infused horns gelling perfectly with lush drum patterns, seriously glorious bass guitar riffs and violin arrangements and oh not forgetting the magical flutes you hear all over this record! Just listen and be captivated!!!
Kiwanuka's debut EP of the same name (as this song) will be released on June 16 via Communion Records so make sure you look out for it and if this title track is anything to go by then you will be hearing more from Michael Kiwanuka on our blogs!
