We've only recently just got introduced to 19-year old Singer/songwriter Tom Prior and here is his latest music video for his cover version of 2Pac's classic record "Changes" for your viewing pleasure. Already a Spirit Of London award nominee, Tom Prior has also supported the likes of Katy B and Devlin in concert and will be working with the likes of Battle Roy (Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland) and MckNasty this year.
