"Beth/Rest" is one of the most talked about songs on Bon Iver and rightly so, it's very unlike Vernon on the surface but this Solo acoustic version turned people's opinions back in September. If this is the only piece of music I post this week, I'll be happy trust me! It is the brand new single and accompanying video from legendary Nigerian Reggae artist and musician Majek Fashek titled "Jah Revelation", check it out UP top!

Just to put it in context of who the great Majek Fashek is - his debut album, 1989's Prisoner of Conscience is one of the best records to come out of Africa period + he appeared on The Late Night Show with David Letterman in June 1992 (before any of these Nigerian wannabe "Global" artists could even dream of it and they are still dreaming of it 19 years on) + he was signed to Interscope Records in 1990 and released the classic album Spirit of Love in 1991 under that imprint + who could forget songs such as "So Long", "Send Down The Rain", "Religion is Politics" and "African Unity" amongst others - A TRUE LEGEND regardless of the drug and alcohol problems that dogged his career for years...

iVideo... One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful

The debut single that broke pre-order sales records for any Sony Music label act in the history of Sony Music label acts , according to reports - gets it's visual treatment. "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction is released on September 11 via Sony Music UK, check out the visuals up top from the X-Factor 2010 kids.
