I thought we already had a Spider-Man movie??? Three parts of it if I remember correctly BUT that hasn't stopped Columbia Pictures from rebooting the franchise and starting all over again from the very beginning. Apparently, because film director Sam Raimi - who directed the first three films - couldn't meet their release date deadline for a fourth Spider-Man film. The new film directed by Marc Webb (whose directorial debut and only film was a comedy/drama (500) Days of Summer) and starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker - The Amazing Spider-Man will be released in the Summer of 2012 (July 3, 2012)
How many different times can the same story be told??? It's a nice trailer though for what it's worth.
